Skills to be Required

JAVA

Candidates should have a strong understanding of Core Java, including object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and multi-threading concepts. A deep familiarity with Java's syntax, libraries, and JVM (Java Virtual Machine) is essential for developing scalable and efficient applications.

J2EE (Java Server Page(JSP) & Servlet)

A solid knowledge of J2EE, specifically JSP and Servlets, is required for developing dynamic, web-based applications. Candidates should be proficient in creating and managing server-side logic, handling HTTP requests and responses, and integrating back-end databases for seamless web application functionality.

Spring Boot

Experience with Spring Boot is a must. Candidates should be familiar with building microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, implementing dependency injection, and integrating Spring's various modules (Spring Data, Spring Security, etc.) to build robust, scalable applications. Understanding the use of Spring Boot for rapid application development is a key skill.

DATABASE

Proficiency in relational databases (like MySQL,SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) is required. Candidates should be able to design and optimize database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and implement database connections and transactions. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and ORM tools like Hibernate is a plus.

SCRIPTING

Proficiency in AJAX is a must for creating dynamic, client-side web applications. Candidates should be familiar with using AJAX to send asynchronous requests to the server and update parts of a webpage without requiring a page reload. Strong knowledge of JavaScript and popular libraries like jQuery for handling AJAX requests is essential for developing seamless, interactive user experiences
